But they still need to fight over something to keep the pluralist democracy theatre going, something emotional yet cheap and inconsequential to the people in power. a few of these chuds keep showing up to my old high school and instead of doing anything normal, now every single school board meeting has to spend at least an hour dealing with inane questions about CRT and transgender bathrooms. The teachers and admin just spent 2 years exhausted as shit from covid, now they have to be hog wrangles twice per week

Remember that you shouldn't waste your time trying to convince these people that CRT isn't in schools (playing into their narrative). You should be espousing that CRT in schools is GOOD, because it IS.
