The American judiciary is so absurdly broken, and the irony is especially painful in light of the American mythology about how our court system exists in glorious opposition to show trials and monarchic decisions historically and elsewhere in the world.
Trueanon theory of Wisconsin judiciary: Chrystul Kizer is a murderer for shooting a rapist who abducted her, but a resident from Illinois is not a murderer because self defense applies to agent provocateurs protecting capital.
Apparently it's perfectly fine to go into a large crowd and threaten them with an AR-15, then when someone tries to stop you from murdering them then you're allowed to murder the entire crowd legally.
Of course when s leftist does this (defending himself from a right winger with a knife coming to stab him) they send in the US marshals to literally murder the guy, not arrest him, they legit opened fire the second they knew where he was without even saying "police" or "stop".
