(If you are out of the loop, that's okay! Kyle Rittenhouse is a chud kid who is on trial for murdering two protesters and injuring another in Kenosha, Wisconsin in the aftermath of protests over a police shooting that paralyzed Jacob Blake, a black man. There is a lot of news about the case circling around right now because the trial is ongoing.)

KR is THE prime example of whiteness forcing itself into a situation it has no place being and then asserting itself with extreme violence and prejudice. Of course, afterwards pretends to have acted with all due virtue and righteousness. It is the whitest mindset.

Lol why are people pretending like this whole situation would not be completely different if this were a POC on trial for driving 45 minutes to a chud protest and killing two chuds

If this were the reality, there would be no trial because the person would already be dead

They (the government chuds) killed an antifa protester who killed someone in self-defense, no trial, no shots fired from, they rolled up and murdered him. :amerikkka:

From what I remember it was like 10 of them in plain clothes that ambushed him when he was bringing groceries into his house, without trying to arrest him.

Like when the US Marshalls murdered a protestor who shot a Trumper that was attacking him with a knife?

      https://www.nytimes.com/2020/10/13/us/michael-reinoehl-antifa-portland-shooting.html

Apparently on order from Trump himself. Be careful guys the shit is hitting the fan.

What fucking floors me about this, what constantly chafes my ass about this, is that he's going to get away on self-defence despite the fact he illegally acquired a firearm and crossed state lines with it, which to my understanding are a pair of heavy fucking federal charges. Like arms smuggling tier. For some reason every discussion I see on this (off this site natch) and news article acts as if he just was always gonna be there, as if it's a given that he was there. Like fuck no, this turd committed several felonies just to get to that point, which should invalidate self-defence.

Instead this fuckwad is gonna walk, get a nice grift as a regular guest on the Steven Crowder show, and probably have some chud company build AR lowers called "KR-15" with his smug face printed on the magwell. Fucking hell world.

I'm going to start arguing with these people that Pearl Harbor was self defense on the part of the Japanese. After all, they had guns pointed at them. It doesn't matter that they intentionally flew to Pearl Harbor with bomber planes with the intention of bombing Pearl Harbor.

I really dislike this argument and I think it is only realy going to work uninformed libs who think american laws mean anything at all in the first place.

There is a very big difference between "self defense" in a geopolitical context of a whole nation.

You can look at history and you'll find many instances where the USSR was accused off being aggressive even though they were just trying to change the playing field, the immediate example is the Cuban missile crisis where the US argued it was an aggression and it was the USSR that had to point out Europe was pretty much filled with missile silos pointing to them including and specially Turkey.

Even today if somehow China decides to be more aggressive towards the US puppets the years of US aggression is a major part of the reason and none of them are innocent if that happens.

Everyone that died on Pearl Harbor deserved it, waste no tears on the corpses of fascist dogs. Hawaii should be an independent communist state, fuck the monarchy business, fuck the Dole family. May or may not be apart of some greater pacific union.

Judge buys Rittenhouse lawyer’s inane argument that Apple’s pinch-to-zoom manipulates footage

The lawyer claimed Apple has ‘artificial intelligence’ that manipulates footage when you pinch-to-zoom

He’s accused of killing two people.

Off the topic of the article, but what the fuck is this writing? He isn't accused of killing two people. He did kill two people. That's a thing that happened. He says he did that. Everyone else says he did that. Nobody ever said he didn't kill two people. His argument is, "Yes, I killed those two people, and it was cool and good." :joker-gaming:

It's newspaper speak. The following isn't a defence of it, just an explanation:

Legally speaking, newspapers can't make a definitive statement as to what happened - this opens them up to a huge can of worms should the defendant in a case be found not guilty, wrongfully convicted, etc. Legally speaking, newspapers have to maintain the faux neutrality where they dance around shit but never say it: "Alleged to", "accused of", "said to have", etc.

It's cowardly, but c'est la vie with the press. Naturally, if they were to start coming down on one side or another, the shitbird R*ddit types would start to clutch pearls and cry about bias and stuff, because what libs care about most is "unbiased just the facts ma'am" reporting.

Sure in part. I'd wager that threats from advertisers to stop buying ads is playing a significant role.

EDIT: Coming back to suggest everyone go read some newspaper articles from each preceding decade. There's good and bad but my perception is there were actually a lot more "just facts" being reported in the past. Problem was those facts support the viewpoints of the left so they had to be softened and made more ambiguous to keep the waters muddy and the public uninformed

I expected the Kenosha Killer to be exonerated by the courts all along. He killed some leftists in a fash county in a fash state in a fash country. In accordance with the national mythos that makes him a "Hero", the guy who actually did the thing all the big tough American men fantasize about doing all the time. He's going to walk and then he's going to get a book deal and then he's going to be a talking head on TV.

Expecting any kind of Justice from the US Justice System... I mean I sympathize, but people really need to stop doing that. I mean I get that it sucks to see Evil play out in real time but also ThisisAmerica.mp3

“iPads, which are made by Apple, have artificial intelligence in them that allow things to be viewed through three-dimensions and logarithms,” the defense insisted. “It uses artificial intelligence, or their logarithms, to create what they believe is happening. So this isn’t actually enhanced video, this is Apple’s iPad programming creating what it thinks is there, not what necessarily is there,”

what a bunch of bullshit, too. phone cameras have ~12 MP sensors and they only need 2 MP of resolution for video, so you can "zoom" quite a lot before you start to lose detail. even so they don't use "AI" upscaling

The American judiciary is so absurdly broken, and the irony is especially painful in light of the American mythology about how our court system exists in glorious opposition to show trials and monarchic decisions historically and elsewhere in the world.

Trueanon theory of Wisconsin judiciary: Chrystul Kizer is a murderer for shooting a rapist who abducted her, but a resident from Illinois is not a murderer because self defense applies to agent provocateurs protecting capital.

Apparently it's perfectly fine to go into a large crowd and threaten them with an AR-15, then when someone tries to stop you from murdering them then you're allowed to murder the entire crowd legally.

Of course when s leftist does this (defending himself from a right winger with a knife coming to stab him) they send in the US marshals to literally murder the guy, not arrest him, they legit opened fire the second they knew where he was without even saying "police" or "stop".

Take care of yourselves people, because the LEOs are getting way more brazen in how they murder anyone they disagree with politically.

Yes you are defending him. You don't have to fucking fire at people in order to threaten them. He came there with a gun and went and got in the middle of the protestors, that's why they started chasing him cus they were afraid he was going to shoot them.

if you go into the middle of a crowd with a fucking assault rifle, a crowd that is already on edge cus other rightwing nuts have been threatening them and the police have been shooting them, and the crowd reacts by trying to restrain you, then fucking murdering them isn't some perfectly okay thing
