I didn't mean in the sense of something done to them, so much as something they force to happen. Westerners know there's a genocide going on and they don't even acknowledge it. These people will fight any change to the greatest extent possible, let alone a revolution. My best hope in this regard is that the cannibalistic reaction won't just launch nukes everywhere and kill us all.
