I don't like soy milk, having to choose a vegetable milk I prefer oat or peanut. But I like "texturized soy" (idk what you call it there) mixed with real minced meat to make cheaper empanadas.
There nothing wrong with soy unless you drink a litter of it a day (and you are a man)
I don't think there's any science that even suggests consumption of that much soy has any hormonal effects on men (or people in general)
