I think 1., as in people to politically uneducated to understand populist scapegoats, overlaps a lot with 2. in form of people that dont want to understand what the real reasons for the problems are, because its just easier for them to follow this bullshit.
And 3. imo is really widespread in form of the following of celebrities, that may be good at something, but dont know shit about anything else, but still get seen as a kind of messias
