:biden-troll: was the back to brunch candidate. He's spent more time in office doing photo ops of himself walking down hallways than he has tackling serious issues such as voting rights.

He gave liberals permission to stop (pretending to) care about police brutality, concentration camps for immigrants, income inequality, the war machine, arms sales to Suadi Arabia, fake news, Covid, freedom of speech, climate change, student loans, downballot races, state legislatures, the vanishing middle class, housing affordability, homelessness, and more issues I'm probably forgetting.

He's going to get BTFO'd because everyone will correctly perceive that he's done nothing and liberals won't learn a damn thing.

In October, The Atlantic’s Peter Nicholas reported that a White House official reduced voting rights to the level of a boutique concern among a niche constituency: “Every constituency has their issue.… If you ask immigration folks, they’ll tell you their issue is a life-or-death issue too.”

damn, every "constituency" has an issue they'll tell you is life-or-death. sounds like i should take none of them seriously

The point of this is to pretend that they haven't already refused to criticize Biden (and they never criticize any American leader for their most evil acts). Just like the articles about "authoritarianism", as if the US isn't the main instigator of "authoritarianism".
