The boomers running it are so bad they may as well be actively sabotaging themselves and I can't take it any more

Any advice?

legit probably just show up and ask to volunteer or run the graveyard shift or something. If you get the graveyard shift, keep the first and last half hour/hour PG but go wild inbetween. if you stick that out for a bit and they're legit managing this thing into the ground already, you'll probably need to be moved to another timeslot after a little while because someone quits or they literally forgot to fill a key slot

also, if this is community radio, they probably have a dono drive/telethon at some point during the year. getting your face out and about and becoming a subscriber/pledger at this time will probably get you noticed tbh

It's good stuff. I can't find it on LibGen right now, but perhaps it's elsewhere.

If you like piracy and also like books, there are some pretty good private trackers out there. I’ve seen a few people here mention myanonamouse. It’s one of the easiest private trackers to get into and maintain ratio (they count all uptime as actively seeding).

Those are two of my favorite things. Thanks for the tip.
