Not the worst thing, not even close, but one of the more annoying things about our police is just how bad they are at doing policework. Here we have an arcade repeatedly vandalized because a one Mr. "The Wolf" who's name and address they had on file had escaped. Walking away at the blazing speed of a man who's primary hobby is sitting he out manuved the cops several times over the course of a day.
