NSFW just in case

I'm less than two years into HRT and I have pretty small breasts. I measured myself and I think I'm like a 32AA. I already knew my breasts weren't going to very big because most of my cis relatives have smallish boobs but I still feel bad about them not being visible. I just want them to be big enough that you can tell I have some when I'm wearing a top that isn't skintight.

I take 50mg spiro and 200mg of progesterone every day and I don't remember how much e but I take an injection once a week

It shouldn't affect anything but that spiro dosage seems low. I'm not a medical professional so take what I'm saying with a (very large) grain of salt. Ig the only other thing is how much e is in each injection and if that injection is actually lasting the whole week and levels arent tapering off to too low levels towards the end of the week. You kinda need consistantly high e levels to get breast growth

I only have such a low spiro dose because my t levels are basically non existent, I used to take 100mg like a year ago and my levels haven't changed since it was lowered

Huh, that's kinda unique. Please at least take solace in knowing that breast image issues aren't just a trans thing and that many many cis women have issues with it as well. You could try padded bras? Personally I have some tiddy ( b cup) but they basically dont show up under even a fairly tight fitting shirt. Even just a small amount of padding (like 3-5 mm) can make a radical difference in your body's form. A lot of pads and stuff are more for making up the lost volume that you loose when the bra squishes/holds em.

If your T levels are non-existent (which is to be expected if you are regularly taking sub-dermal e and a progesterone) then the spiro isn;'t doing anything but making it harder for your adrenal levels of t to do their minor but important job and making you pee a lot, I'm not a doctor, but I might recommend to try and wean off spiro if you can.

talk about coincidence, I recently passed two years on HRT and just called a surgeon's office today for a BA consultation. I went back and forth on it for a while but fuck it I want big tits. The women in my family have decent sized chests but I guess fuck me huh, my levels have been perfect for the past year on injections, so I guess BA it is.
