      I say we means test the Manchins by locking them in a room with every parent that lost their child because they couldn't afford epinephrine, and let them know that everyone in that room has a pardon for what ever may or may not happen in the room.

      This is why every public aid program is like "we'll pay $30 on your student loans if you owned a boat between 1997 and 2010 and if you live at least 3 miles away from a railroad and if you have any immediate family born with extra fingers"
