Halimede is a character for the visual novel Heaven Will Be Mine. There's a Twitter account where one of the developers larps as her: it's a trans woman pretending to be a cis lesbian chaser for a bit.
this makes me feel better, i went and scrolled back on their account and saw some extremely wild takes but in context that makes sense

Yess the game is fantastic it belies a fantastic understanding of queer life (though it's frankly allegorical to any form of non-normative life). Like it's my #2 game of all time behind disco elysium
When I first discovered halimede I did not know of HWBM and thought that the posts were unironic & not a bit. My brain is miniscule.
