I'm on the fence about it but I downloaded it anyway.

I'm debating if I should watch it or just delete the file. Disappointment is no fun at all.

There was a chunk of the movie that was just Lana making fun of Warner Bros and matrix fans, which was really fun. I kind of disliked that at times it did the marvel style banter, but I guess every punch up writer in Hollywood sounds like that now. The plot was much better than expected, it seemed to fit very nicely with the rest of the Matrix mythology, and from what I heard the Watchowskis had wanted to make this for a while. I guess it's nice to know that it's a legit matrix movie and not purely a studio cash in.

I’m not good at assigning ratings, but it blew away my expectations. Way better than I thought it would be.

8/10 Its really good. A little too much explicit nostalgia fan service for my taste and the plotting was to fast, what movie isnt these days, could probably have been split into 2 films each 2.5 hrs long. It had a minimal amount of soy banter, though it is there and as annoying and stupid as ever. All that being said it was fun and well plotted with some great cinematography.

I thought it was solid and a good, creative mind job, like the original trilogy. there's a stinger at the end that is funny too. "movies are dead. media is dead. narrative is dead!"

full disclosure, I'm the kind of twisted asshole that likes good movies and doesn't have to ignorantly shit all over enjoyable media to appear more culturally astute.

Not yet, but preemptively guessing it's an 8+ for me. It's physically impossible for me not to enjoy Watchowski or Keanu Reeves content.

I didn’t realize it was out already, I planned to rewatch the originals before hand bc I haven’t seen them since they came out

well I only enjoyed the first movie, never cared for 2 and 3, if you enjoyed 2 and 3 you should probably enjoy Resurrections. I'm about 3\4 through Resurrections and I want to turn it off lol

a big negative for having Doogie Howser as main protagonist, can't believe he's still around landing big roles.

Is that stuff in decent quality? I want to watch Spider-Man too but I'm obviously not going to a theater right now. But I'd rather wait than suffer through camcorder quality.

Probably depends on how recent the movie is tbh. I don’t make a habit of watching super up to the minute films bc I don’t really like movies in general compared to series so can’t say for sure. I watched dune on it and that was super clean but it was also released on hbo

But generally it’s really good quality, always better than streaming sites i used to use and much faster/more reliable. It’s basically pulling from rips on torrent sites, which is why you need a vpn.

    I fuckin loved it, 8.69/10

it's nowhere near as good as an action film as the first three, and pretty much is a different beast, but it's easily the best sequelboot attempt I've seen come out of Hollywood imo

plus it has cute robots in it :dean-smile:

There's no such thing. There is only one Matrix movie. There was ever only one Matrix movie. It is called "The Matrix" and it is awesome.

    8.9/10

Sometimes it felt like characters dumped exposition a bit and I wished the ost was more faithful to the originals.
