He should leave the church, continue the grift (including continuing to call himself a bishop), but say what he really thinks. He'd be much more successful.
Ironically, Stalin actually tolerated the reactionary Russian Orthodox Church. One of his worst mistakes, given its grip on Russia today.
I don't think it's fascism, but it is just a bunch of boilerplate liberal centrist arguments. He says diversity isn't an absolute good because it causes division, and equates it with individualism with no common goal. Individualism without a common goal can certainly be harmful, but that's not what diversity is. Saying that diversity causes division is effectively covering for racists.
E,D,&I are CRT buzzwords, according to Fox News types. So, he's basically providing cover for Republican talking points. It's not exactly the first time he's done that, either. Hence why I'm calling him a fascist.
