AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH :monke-rage:
Yeah pass me more glazed walnuts please
I was in Brazil one year for Christmas and it was so surreal to be in such a hot place celebrating the holiday. But it was nice, sure as hell beats 31 F up here with snow.
A pool party with all the light draft beer you can drink and tramezzinos is awesome, but then you have my family eating roasted pork, chugging red wine and shoveling chocolate down their gullets. It's insane.
Hexbear christmas pool party with lots of pizza, make it vegan for our comrades.
Make that red wine some sangria and I’ll be chugging it in the summer.
do south americans have any weather-appropriate christmas traditions?
Clericó I guess; hold up, it was invented by the british fuckdammit.
Pool parties? Open air nightclubs? Tereré? Those are all summer activities not strictly christmas
Practicing seasonal holidays in the wrong season is one of my pet peeves. 🤬
bruh why even celebrate Christmas at that point
it's not like Jesus was even born then, it's just a Germxn winter solstice holiday, and you're in the middle of a tropical summer
