EDIT: 3 people shot according to CJ TV on woke stream. One arm blown partially off, one shot in the head. Happened right next to a hospital.

Might be the same shooter. He shot someone in the head, ran off, people chased him, he fell on his face running down the street, and shot two people trying to get him. One in the chest, one in the arm.

    From what I can tell this may be one sort of running incident across a few blocks. It looks like the confirmed injuries so far are one shot to the chest (there's video of him being carried off by a group to head to the hospital), one to the head (upper right forehead, the video with that one has the wound covered by someone trying to apply pressure, that case also headed to the hospital about 50 minutes ago according to eyewitnesses on the ground), and the guy with the arm wound here. There might be another hit in the stomach but that's not clear, and I'm moving that struck one about a chest wound to the 'maybe' column because that might have been the head wound spotted by a streamer who didn't get a good look.

    Adding some further details from comments below:

    Apparently the whole thing went down right next to The Daily Caller's onsite reporting team. This guy, Chief Video Director for the Daily Caller, is the one who took off his shirt to help the guy with the head wound.

    They're saying the guy with the head wound (hereafter called HW) rushed the guy with the rifle (hereafter called R) which caused him to trip. When HW got on top of R to attack him, R shot him at point blank range.

    Edit: further video from another member of the Daily Caller reporting team, it literally happened right next to them https://twitter.com/ShelbyTalcott/status/1298488221643558912 The reporting crew stuck around and heard the witness reports being given to the police as well (and it looks like a few other streamers did too and talked with witnesses as well), that appears to be how the shooting happened. What caused this guy to get the idea in his head that attacking someone with a rifle was a good idea is still an open question.

      Heroism, trying to stop further shootings. It may be "dumb" but it's similar to how the "15:17 to Paris"/2015 Thalys train attack was executed (though three people rushed the gunman there and one of them subdued him and the other wailed the shit outta them to knock them out).

      It's not the recommended course of action, obvously: But some people are thinking "if we stop him here, he can't hurt others."

        I saw a video where he seemed to be shooting at someone near the cars, and apparently missing, when the guy came up behind him and he shot him in the side of the head.
