It was mentioned on Facebook he is not from Kenosha. Research on his Facebook page lead to believe he may be from Antioch, Illinois. Seems to have family there. This (first result) Indicates he may be related to a Lewis family (this link is not my only reason to believe this, but rather the last piece that ended up convincing me). I really don't like family doxxing so I will not be elaborating on how I came to this conclusion, but I referenced all the webpages that I used.
If you got any information, share it. And if this post threatens chapo.chat's integrity or may compromise it by drawing the wrong kind of attention, take it down.

Definitely, another user made me aware of this as well in this comment. It includes a longer different stream of the scene, but that one doesn't show the shooter walking away after he was on the ground.
I think he was just arrested in Illinois, but since he's a minor his name wasn't released
The video of him IDing himself as Kyle, is that group part of the larger group that was claiming to "protect" the protestors? Would further confirm how these guys are running psyops
