Joe Rogan said on his podcast that the first time he ate only meat for 30 days he had more energy and explosive diarrhea. Now he's adding fruit.

I still don't understand where this carnivore diet came from? I don't think humans only ever ate just meat unless there is some history that I never learned about it.

      This is one of those things that could be delicious or taste and feel exactly like regular ice cream but I would never willingly eat it because my brain knowing that it's just fat would make me gag
