Microsoft's offer of $95 per share is at a premium of 45% to Activision's Friday close. Shares of Activision were up nearly 38% at $65.39 before being halted for news.         They are gonna try to turn teams into discord except that your boss can see you are playing wow after calling in sick.

          Teams' video meeting function isn't awful but they have to make it do a billion things at once like be a chat platform and calendar. Microshit is on some weapons grade salvia.
