I liked everything I saw from the campaign page except for the video where they say “artificial intelligence is threatening to replace millions of jobs.”

Artificial intelligence can never “replace” millions of jobs, since it is simply impossible without an input (therefore “true AI” or “the singularity” is fantasy), and creates no surplus (smart packaging arms are not “artificial intelligence” either). We should accept advancements in productivity instead of going on about jobs being “stolen”; the argument necessarily follows that the workers are no more valuable than machines (clashing with the importance emphasized everywhere else on the page), and that the solution is to place these workers into positions that may easily be filled by machines in some empty “job creation.”

So many people calling chatbots AI. It reminds me of when all the leftists love to talk about UBI
