The good old days. I remember listening to an interview with the CEO of either Bechtel or Parsons claiming that anyone marching against the invasion was enabling Saddam.
Life sucked before 9/11, but it sucked in very different ways. There's no point trying to explain it. The country went entirely off the deep end in 2001 in so many big ways and subtle ways.
