Not the first time i have observed this as well as transphobia being used as a cudgel on anti america twitter. Sucks tbh when america basically invented violent homophobia in its modern incarnation

    Nationalism seems to have this in general honestly. Whether right wing or left wing, they're of the belief that queer people in their country are from the US and not just that LGBT people exist naturally.

    Russia France Germany Japan Spain, the bigots almost everywhere claim this absurd idea because they don't see our existence as just a natural thing.
