In fact the murder rate is higher among POC populations due to huge economic inequality because of apartheid so if anything there is a POC genocide by fascist logic. Also around half of the people murdered on farms are BIPOC, it's just that South Africa is a very dangerous country due to having the worst economic inequality in the world, so a lot of violent crime takes place.
