I've been really enjoying Sousou no Frieren and by enjoying I mean feeling like I want to cry.

I'll need to find something more upbeat next.

        hell yeah that's my favorite bit of the show. i wasn't expecting it to turn into the prisoner for a bit, and it's such a wild swing after space vietnam drags on for so long

        make sure you watch the ova's once you're done, brilliant shining heresy is really good

        Watch the OVAs (minus VOTOMS Finder, it kinda sucks and is a weird AU) and don't forget the spin-off Armor Hunter Mellowlink - it's a guy on a revenge quest fighting mechs while on foot!
