No. Corn Pop was going to beat Biden up because Joe insulted him while working as a lifeguard. Biden apologized to Corn Pop so he gave him a pass.

When confronted by consequences, Joe caves and applogizes for the insult. Corn Pop is magnanimous enough to choose mercy and not beat the shit out of Biden.
