I believe you can if you sell literally everything & beg Joyce/other NPCs for real. (Joyce iirc gives you 100? Another NPC gives a similar amount, then there's the Thought that gives you 2 real for Encylopedia checks -- Wompty Dompty Dom Center)
Oh yeah it's excellent for min/maxing the amount of money you can get, along with hobocop. I kinda found it tedious/annoying to do both, but I think if you really want to do a drugs run it's useful.
You can also get a thought from her that gives you like .10 real for every green bubble you click. I like to get it early in runs where I don't need the shit compressor thought.
