:le-pol-face: wasn't offended in the slightest about diversity, though.

    "Unrealistically diverse"

It's a fucking game where literally all biomatter was consumed by robots leaving the earth sterile, and an automated AI had to print out and gestate new humans along with all other organic life on earth.

This is like the scifi equivalent of morons saying its "unrealistic" that black people exist in a fantasy series like Game of Thrones.|

It's just racism because they dont want to see or think about black and brown people.

It's worse. Literally in the first game when you're going through the different subfunctions of Gaia, the guy in charge of the one that will produce and gestate humans says its very important to preserve genetic diversity

The real problem is believing a :melon-musk: type would care about racial diversity and not try to reconstruct the new world all white

He didn't make the program tbf, that was all Elizabet Sobeck.

In fact Ted Faro was a massive egomaniac who deleted the entire cultural knowledge of humanity (Subroutine Apollo) to "free" humanity from its previous mistakes and believed he was better suited to lead humanity.

And its gets even more fucking coconuts in the second game with Ted Faro

          spoiler

Sealing himself in a secret Egyptian pharaoh esque bunker underneath the ruins of San Francisco where he ruled over his servants terrorizing them with forced "off switches" in their skulls in order to use them for medical experimentation so he could achieve immortality which ended up horribly wrong and becoming an immortal blob of human flesh in constant pain, feeding off the power produced by the geothermal plant in the bottom of his bunker.
