Some recent ones: Palm Springs, Game Night, Hot Fuzz is a classic
concur on game night, i finally got around to that one this year

I meant to separate Hot Fuzz from the other two (with "is a classic") but got too lazy to do it effectively lol

What We Do In The Shadows is a great mockumentary about vampires.
Blazing Saddles is one of the funniest movies ever made, and is also a really great piece of commentary on the myth of the Western.
Monty Python's Holy Grail and Life of Brian are both very funny, and Holy Grail quotes made up about 80% of 'nerd culture's for several decades. Whether that's a positive or a negative is up to you.

We're the Millers
Old School is an old movie now, but i watched it recently and its way less problematic than i expected
comedy movies are kinda tough, i feel like there is way more comedy TV shows i love than movies.
I just saw UHF for the first time, and it was hilarious. It's written by and stars Weird Al, and he comes into ownership of a local amateur tv station. It's super slapstick and corny, but I was dying of laughter after a few bong hits.
The Jerk is one of my all time faves, even though it's a bit uh, problematic at times
