    Maybe staff should prepare a physical action that compliments the rhetorical and rational explanation. Such as taking a lunch, a "walking conference", and "efficiency meeting", or some slow easy job 2 or more crew can slowly work at together while discussing matters. So if some smarty comes smarting in your business you tell them you are "servicing the thingamajig".
