    They're hitting residential areas because that's where Azov have set up artillery, but they're not hitting civilian infrastructure like water treatment plants the way NATO did in Yugoslavia and Iraq.

      tbf, not as brutal as NATO is a pretty low bar. They are certainly hitting civilians and calling it collateral damage like the yankees
