    I know there's no point in thinking too much about it but

    "White Supremacist" after years of calling him some kind of white genocidaire for not gassing all the BLM protestors

      That stumbled me too but then I remembered these labels are all there to appease the various right wing subfactions because "conservative thought" is just whatever you need it to be in the moment.
