I'm a sucker for ones with puns/clever wordplay, either fun/stupid ones like Enema of the State and Take Off Your Pants and Jacket or meaningful ones like Genocide & Juice and Prairie Home Invasion.
Hairway to Steven (Butthole Surfers) and Electric Landlady (Kirsty McColl).
Runners up: Dark Side of the Spoon (Ministry) and Houses of the Molé (also Ministry)
Butthole Surfers have the best album names, Locust Abortion Technician is a banger
I like The Mars Volta's portemanteau album titles like Noctourniquet and Amputechture. Other titles I like are Brain Salad Surgery by ELP, Verspertine by Björk (it's just a very nice and fitting word), Atrocity Exhibition by Danny Brown... and of course, "PetroDragonic Apocalypse; or, Dawn of Eternal Night: An Annihilation of Planet Earth and the Beginning of Merciless Damnation" by King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard is very funny considering how long the bandname already is.
De-loused in the Comatorium also
King Gizz have some killer album names for sure. Flying Microtonal Banana and Ice, Death, Planets, Lungs, Mushrooms, and Lava get me pretty good
And Then Nothing Turned Itself Inside-Out (Yo La Tengo)
Nothing Great About Britain (Slowthai)
Deathconsciousness (Have A Nice Life)
HORSESHIT ON ROUTE 66 (The Garden)
6 Feet Beneath the Moon (King Krule)
Melt My Eyez See Your Future (Denzel Curry)
and the classic To Pimp A Butterfly
Love me some freak stuff such as F#A#∞. Also think Ys is a great name that goes super well with my favorite album cover.
Gotta throw out G d's Pee at State's End in the freak stuff category
La voz de los 80's
Naming your album "The voice of the 80's" is such a power move
There Will Be No Armageddon
there will be no sudden ending
we will see our children grow
and theirs grow after them
The Primordial Booze
For some reason I've always really liked Fulfillingness' First Finale by Stevie Wonder. Probably cuz I'm a sucker for alliteration.
Puerto Muerto - ...Your Bloated Corpse Has Washed Ashore!
San Pedro is a great song from the album

Means uneasy and is a pun on the surname of the singer
