    this is one of the few good things about America tbh, you can even say “the only good President is a dead President” as long as you clarify you are not threatening the current president’s life.

      That's not a feature of the US lol. They will absolutely target people for all kinds of things, usually doesn't get any attention. I think the "punishing people for wrongthink" industry is simply far more decentralized and ingrained in the US.

        The secret is that they figured out a way around the First Amendment. If a private corporation does it on behalf of the government, then it's OK.

        Say, what's it called when corporate and government interests merge, and you can't tell where one stops and the other begins?
