    I remember asking someone in r/politics what he had actually done and they seemingly went to whitehouse.gov and copy and pasted the achievements section. "And the majority of the voter base that isn't terminally online is going to know or care about this how?"

      These types of posts aren't for the majority of the voter base, they're for well-off liberals unaffected by changes in government policy to reassure themselves that their vote actually mattered. The contents of the the block of text are irrelevant - the block of text existing is enough to give liberals moral superiority over anyone who dares criticize the administration or the electoral system that birthed it.
