This is the average American specimen. He has just finished watching 4 hours of Fox News and will now spend 10 hours selling various plastic commodities to his fellow Americans

pls be careful, my fellow Eurofiends are hoarding sunflower seed oil atm, they would probably use you as dipping sauce for their croissants, pretzels and croissant-pretzel hybrids.

Food fact: Sodium citrate and whey/milk concentrate thickeners can be added to any cheese base to make an American-style shelf-stable cheese like Velveeta . It will last weeks/months on the shelf not years like the commercial kind.

If you just want a cheese sauce for mac and cheese you can just use sodium citrate.

You can buy a tub of food-grade sodium citrate for like $25. Which will last for decades. We use it to make assorted fancy cheese macaroni and cheese in my house. Works like magic.

I love you so much for sharing this information. I'm gonna use it to surprise the fuck out of my partner, she's a HUGE cheese person.
