The wealthy will side with China over Qshit because Qshit won't keep them wealthy. The CIA knows this and is telling THE GODDAMN CHEETO that the wealthy are siding with China in terms of civil unrest and all that. The CIA scared because they're the espionage wing of capitalism. The people in charge, who are trying to embrace Q and carve out a new seat of power similar to how the Tea Party took over after 2008, are scared. If the rich doesn't back them, they lose and have to go back to being used car salesmen and MLM schemers.
So the idea is that the Q party will start antagonizing the wealthy by insinuating this kind of conspiracy rhetoric and hopefully build support for jailing or murdering political dissidents (of the Q party). Or, at least, get people paranoid about the elites enough to keep voting for the Q people .

We’re going to be able rip apart the Q cult over the next few months, I’d expect there’s about to be a lot of pressure against the perpetrators ;)
