I think most of the help to prevent a hangover is that it usually slows your roll (the pace of your drinking), but only if you smoke BEFORE you start drinking. If I smoke while drinking I end up drinking a lot more. If you smoke after you have been drinking you can get the spins real bad and can easily get nauseous and end up yakking. Smoking/vaping/edibles the morning after drinking is a complete necessity and is the #1 hangover cure (or at least allows you to ignore hangover symptoms).
This is all my own experience, everybody is different. Also, crossfaded is the common term.
I believe this kind of math to be ex post facto, you can kind of blunt a hangover with getting high the day after but really the answer is drink enough water along with whatever alcohol you're drinking
Oh definitely - water is the number one. I guess I take drinking tons of water while drinking and after as a given, not really a hangover cure. But yes absolutely drink lots of water.
