Also one might notice that government websites for Inner Mongolia are always bilingual as a rule.
Works on a VPN set up in China, a type of server you can route your traffic thru to check network conditions or bypass/research censorship.
By loading it on my home internet... The app is literally hosted on Alibaba cloud.
I should have worded it differently. I'm going to have to to convince a bunch of people that you can access it.
VPN exist, and there are websites which check if things are blocked that you can find by searching. The fact that it is still hosted on Alibaba cloud and is run from China and literally only useful to Mongol people in China (because foreigners cannot read the traditional writing) are also good evidence.
Sorry guys, I can confirm that while the official website isn’t done, the app is currently unavailable in Chinese App Store and the major Apk markets I have tried.
Fortunately android users can still download apk from website.
