There's definitely shit that is inappropriate in a place of work and watching porn in sight of the coworkers that would be upset by it ranks pretty highly. Porn only stopped being a common thing sent around company email systems 10 -15 years ago or so, porn in the workplace creates an absolutely horrible environment for women and an incredible bro culture. Everyone that's experience that in the past isn't going to be particularly happy about seeing it today after improvements so far.

It is an environment where women are regularly sexually assaulted and mistreated while men are not, generally speaking.
When you create an environment where it is acceptable to view content like this you also create an environment where people act like it is acceptable to treat the women around you the same way they are treated in that content.
