I love that these nerds are like “capitalism will bring robust solutions” but also think you’re not allowed to ever change laws. They really just mean capitalists when they say capitalism. They imagine the abstracted algorithm running their lives- no different than the feudal serf imagined God - but the reality is they mean “ I just want some rich fuck to run my life I am completely powerless to act in the world I am a worm.” No idea of action on their own behalf, no imagination of autonomy.
