    I just heard about this.

    This is one of those pictures that would have been a famous moment in history, like the photo of a crying Vietnamese child during the Vietnam war

    But the West has become so deranged that this is just another horror on the pile of recent horrors

      In Tunisia one guy self-immolating kicked off a multi-country revolution. This is apparently the second time this happens and it just got ignored again (didn't even hear about the first one until today).

          The color revolution aspect might be more about how the CIA jumped at the chance to utilize popular and legitimate discontent with a bunch of governments rather than the CIA having any specific goal in mind when the protests kicked off. The royal family in Morocco has basically been CIA assets since the country was founded and even the king there got REALLY fucking frightened at the protests, to the point where you have seen a genuine increase in the standard of living for the average person due to government actions.
