    We watched Gangs of New York in my US History class my sophomore year which was taught by the 76 year old baseball coach who had a clubfoot with severe FUNGUS and this one kid had a panic induced seizure when the opening fight scene played and my friend who was in the Firefighters Explorer program had to drag him into the hallway and make sure he hadn't died until the nurse and ambulance was called

    I found the notebooks from when I had that class and one said Stalin and Hitler were examples of totalitarianism

      i watched it when i was 12, and then again in high school junior year, with my class. No fungus clubfoot teacher. My teacher was in her early 40s and had to tell everyone to shut the fuck up when they started acting childish at nudity.

        IIRC we actually didn't finish the movie because of this, it spooked the fuck outta the teacher so he was like yeah we're not doing this

          our teacher had seen the movie several times and knew better. Our class cheered when the racist bald irishman gets knocked out in the church after saying the N word, which was based. our teacher didn't care about that. but when boys started wolf whistling at the boobs, she fast forwarded and told them to grow up. this musta been 2008-2009ish

            Oh god I remember that scene. He gets clubbed in the face with a fucking crucifix wielded by the parish priest!
