How many times have their ideas about the "necessity of protocol" and "not giving the right an excuse to escalate" been disproven by the right constantly escalating no matter how good the liberals behave? And yet every time they fall back to the same idiotic dogma about not escalating because "oh no what will the right wingers do???". Pathetic

I would blow this guys mind if I told him the Supreme Court is one of the main obstacles to progress, by design, and I'd be fine with 0 supreme court Justices.

These people have a straight up Daniel and the Lions complex. Like they think if they're just peaceful enough and take enough beatings Jesus will descend from Heaven and be like "Your reward for suffering is mild social reforms".

I disagree with Nietzsche on a lot of stuff, but slave morality is unfortunately the perfect description of how US Democrats view politics. The purest Christian martyr complex at work, especially if somebody else than these hyperprivileged ghouls gets martyred for the causes they performatively put in their twitter bio.

I need to read Nietzsche. I want to try to find an edition of his books that wasn't edited by his Nazi sister.
