Saw my doc this morning, plan is to be off phenibut completely in a few weeks - down to 1.5g/day now, down from 9. Had an EKG done that came back with good results. In cooler news, band is booking our first tour! Gonna head out east.

    Forgot the brain meds this morning which put me in a funk that I decided to day drink away. I like a nice day drink, so I'm not really mad at myself or anything, but I am struggling against the protestant work ethic propaganda that still lives rent free in my head and feelings guilty about not doing more work.

      Feel you. If my heart palpitations get bad enough, I'll be unable to focus or accomplish much of anything.Fuck the protestant work ethic and have another drink for me! Gonna down a handful of edibles when I get home and walk the corgi.
