I thought you weren't supposed to reveal that you have a network of spy bases. Isn't that the whole point of secret facilities? Motherfuckers are desperate.
IIRC the nytimes did a whole thing in the CIA and MI6 having trained the Ukrainian intelligence service and had been using them to assassinate Russians and opposition long before Maidan, which was also a CIA op.
