The move is meant to encourage resumed negotiations between the U.S.-backed opposition and the government of President Nicolás Maduro.

Given that its Venezuela's largest export that's hardly something to scoff at.

I just hope Maduro's getting his pound of flesh up front. The Scorpion will stab you in the back halfway across the river just for the hell of it.
