Alright vegan gang help me out.
Due to a medical condition my doctor recommended I only eat 1g/kg of protein for the rest of my life.
This is about 80 grams a day. And so it fucks up my macros forever. Currently I'm eating about Carbs 53% Fat 26% Protein 21%.
How futile is my goal of building muscle and being relatively lean on this diet.
Just realized that no serial killer will ever trick me into cannibalizing my best friend at a fancy dinner party. Just another sound and realistic reason :im-vegan:

You can cook lentils in a rice cooker with rice at the same time.
Just rinse some split lentils, and then chuck em in the ricecooker with your uncooked rice. Add some extra water, wait 20 minutes.
Whenever the ricecooker is done your lentils are now cooked, and mixed in the rice. Easy, high protein, high in nutrition, high in beans.
