I kinda just think it'll overall be like when Trump was inaugurated: Large, but peaceful, protests that'll eventually and quietly die out.

Maybe a few people will do adventurism, but not on the scale we saw in 2020 with pds being burned down n shit.

I hope I'm wrong I really do, but I just don't think libs have it in them, even over this

As Lenin himself said, “the representatives of the modern labour movement find that they have plenty to protest against but nothing to despair about. Despair is typical of the classes which are perishing, but the class of wage-workers is growing inevitably, developing and becoming strong in every capitalist society, Russia included. Despair is typical of those who do not understand the causes of evil, see no way out, and are incapable of struggle. The modern industrial proletariat does not belong to the category of such classes.”

I think there's definitely a good chunk of the left that goes so far in rejecting liberal identity politics that they discount identity entirely, and become class-reductionists in the pursuit of combating identity-reductionism. And past that point, any issue that effects people based on their identity more than their class is rejected as less important than purely class-based issues. This is what no intersectionality does to a person lol
