And he's the fucking transportation secretary. There is no reason what so ever for him to stick his head out like this. Entirely of his own volition and without prompting he publicly stated the most monstrous and ghoulish thing imaginable.
seems like the administration is using people like buttigieg and harris to float trial balloons of potentially unpopular stuff because it accomplishes two things:
- see how mad people will be if the admin adopts the policy/uses the excuse
- burn possible primary challengers to the undead lich king (or just exact revenge for their opposition and attacks in the previous primary)
He's wrong, that's just a small part of the price of capitalism.
