Also bullshit did they find delivery jobs, everyone who got laid off with a car was looking for one literally millions. So many people I know tried to find 1 and couldn't
Pretty sure it was based on taxpayer status. I guess it's possible, but they'd have to have filed taxes last year, requested direct deposit for any refund, and maintained that bank account throughout the time they were homeless. Then it could've been directly deposited.
